In Bruges is a movie about a hitman who screws up his first real job.He kills a kid by accident and badly repents for that.His boss who is a highly principled man thinks that killing a kid is such a sin which cannot be forgiven and so he plans to kills the junkie hitman.Because he is such a nice person he wants to give the sinner a nice vacation before he is gone forever.So he sends him to Bruges, that is in Belgium by the way.It supposed to be the best preserved medieval city in all of Belgium as told by the sinner's accomplice.
The junkie hitman is played by Colin Farell who delivers a great performance with his junkie like looks and the terrible feeling in his heart that he killed a little kid.With his Irish accent Colin really strikes.The best part was the background music in the movie, the piano playing and in a place where time stood still gives you that feeling to take a break in this chaos life.
