One of the ways to dissipate your anger is to close your eyes, take a deep breathe and count till 10.
Well thats what experts say........
But I am so naturally rebellious so that is not going to work for me.
So what I will do is talk away what ever I can and at the end of the day blog about it.
Blogging about it I think will help me get a bigger picture and give me different perspectives.
Probably I should be in a good mood when I blog.....because that is going to effect the way I blog.
So this is what I am going to do.Every time I get into Anger situations, I am going to blog about it and put a conclusion at the end.
